2019-2020 Midseason Schedule: NBC

Monday

8:00 - America's Got Talent: The Champions (Beginning January 6)
8:00 - The Voice (Beginning February 24)
10:00 - Manifest (Beginning January 6)

With Bluff City Law coming to a premature end, the second season of Manifest assumes the same slot it occupied last season, following the new season AGT: The Champions, which will air in two-hour chunks for seven weeks.

Tuesday

8:00 - Ellen's Game of Games (Beginning January 7)
9:00 - This Is Us
9:00 - Council of Dads (NEW - Beginning in March)
10:00 - New Amsterdam

For January and February, Ellen's hit game show returns and while not confirmed by NBC, it's likely that The Voice will then take its second night back in the beginning of March. It'll be joined by the new tearjerker Council of Dads, which takes over for This Is Us when it ends its fourth season.

Wednesday

8:00 - Chicago Med
9:00 - Chicago Fire
10:00 - Chicago P.D.

Unchanged.

Thursday

8:00 - Superstore
8:30 - Perfect Harmony
8:30 - Brooklyn Nine-Nine (New Timeslot - Beginning February 6)
9:00 - The Good Place
9:00 - Will & Grace (New Timeslot - Beginning February 6)
9:30 - Will & Grace
9:30 - Indebted (NEW - Beginning February 6)
10:00 - Law & Order: SVU

The Thursday lineup, already shaken quite a bit by the swift cancellation of Sunnyside after just three episodes, gets even more shaken up in February. The schedule remains as is through January, but Brooklyn Nine-Nine replaces Perfect Harmony, Will & Grace shifts back a half-hour, and the new Fran Drescher vehicle Indebted premieres at 9:30. The final episode of The Good Place will be double-length and air with a retrospective on January 30.

Friday

8:00 - Lincoln Rhyme: Hunt for the Bone Collector (NEW - Beginning January 10)
9:00 - Dateline NBC

The new drama formerly known as Lincoln gets a ridiculous title (likely in preparation for it potentially becoming an anthology series, I'd guess) and The Blacklist's timeslot while it is on hiatus. The final season of Blindspot, which was assumed to be happening in its previous timeslot on Friday nights, will be held for summer.

Sunday

8:00 - Little Big Shots (Beginning in March)
9:00 - Zoey's Extraordinary Playlist (NEW - Beginning February 16)
10:00 - Good Girls (Beginning February 16)

The rebooted version of Little Big Shots with new host Melissa McCarthy will return in March, but prior to that we'll get the new musical dramedy Zoey's Extraordinary Playlist, which will get a special airing of its pilot following This Is Us on January 7 before assuming its regular slot on February 16 with a rerun of the pilot at 8:00 and a new episode at 9:00. It's followed by the third season of Good Girls at 10:00. Last year's Sunday series, World of Dance, will move back to summer for its third season.

Still to Be Announced

Kenan Thompson's new sitcom The Kenan Show is left off the schedule, along with the returns of The Wall, Who Do You Think You Are?, and The Titan Games.

In addition to the above, the second season of Making It will air in December over seven nights: December 2-5 and 9-11. Ellen's Greatest Night of Giveaways, a holiday-themed, Oprah-like gifting event series will air on three consecutive nights as well on December 10-12.
